Introducing the Compound Delegate Compensation Program In collaboration w/ @AranaVentures and @PGovTeam, we've published an RFC proposal to introduce delegate compensation at @compgovernance. This initiative aims to allocate $300k over six months to enhance delegate engagement and improve governance processes. The pilot program will select up to 10 delegates through a transparent application process, with $50k distributed monthly among participants. Performance will be evaluated using clear metrics, including participation rates and voting rationale. Delegates are crucial to Compound's success, with the protocol now managing over $4B in TVL. The proposal we sponsored for @SonicLabs to match $S incentives with $UNI across multiple Sonic native pools on Uniswap v3 has passed the temperature check stage! v1.snapshot.box/#/uniswapgover… Next up, the Uniswap DAO will vote onchain to officially kick off these coincentives.
