Just finished "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance". One of the most disturbing books I've read so far, mixing philosophy, technology, road trip, mental models, etc.
Wondering what the simplest books on philosophy are? Tried years ago, but that felt that much too heavy / verbuous, although I feel this is something that grows you as a human.

Trying to teach the baby how to strike deals. I negotiate terms with her carefully, stretch out my hand and ask "Deal?". She thinks about it and lunges to shake my hand saying "Dee, dee". She doesn't stick to the terms of the bargain. A very unreliable counterparty.
