Toto je šialené. Autorom dokumentu na moje odvolanie z postu podpredsedu NR SR je Pavol Gašpar. Áno, samotný šéf SIS. Ukazujú to vlastnosti dokumentu. Je to absolútny škandál a dôvod na okamžité odvolanie Pavla Gašpara. Ide o priame zapojenie tajnej služby do politického boja proti opozícii.  A úplne to dokresľuje výrok Pavla Gašpara, že chápe obavy opozície z jeho menovania do čela SIS. Ide o útok na deľbu moci v štáte a na samotné princípy demokracie. Pavol Gašpar na svojom mieste po tomto škandále nemôže zostať, a poslanci Smeru a SNS musia svoju spoluprácu na tomto čine vysvetliť. A keď sme už pritom. Ako môžeme dôverovať SIS, že dokáže plniť svoju funkciu, keď jej šéf po sebe nedokáže ani len zamiesť stopy.

Unpopular opinion - libertarian solutions will solve the political and values polarization in western society. Not forcing people to go against their values or finance something. That effectively creates communities and maybe network states. Anything else is a waste of time and the sooner both sides realize they will never win long term and have to let go, the better. Dnes ráno sa ma kamarát spýtal, ako sa vysporiadať s narastajúcim autoritatívnym usporiadaním spoločnosti, ktorého sme svedkami aj na Slovensku. Moja odpoveď: Keďže bežný človek ako ty alebo ja reálne nedokáže ovplyvniť smerovanie masy (na Slovensku to krásne vidno - nestačí, že všetci naši kamoši volili strany proti Ficovi - nefunguje to), tak jediné riešenie v našom obmedzene krátkom živote je využiť možnosť odchodu do menej autoritatívnej spoločnosti, ktorá jednoducho lepšie reprezentuje naše vnútorné hodnoty, ako napríklad slobodu. Napríklad v Latinskej Amerike nie je cenzúra Internetu ako na Slovensku (podotýkam, že tendencie v EÚ na ešte väčšiu cenzúru narastajú - viď príloha). V Uruguaji je legálne všetko, čo sa dalo legalizovať (všetky drogy pre osobnú spotrebu, LGBT manželstvá, adopcia detí homosexuálmi, interrupcie, prostitúcia,...), a pritom všetkom je to jedna z najbezpečnejších krajín Latinskej Ameriky. Ak by som nebol momentálne vo "full nomad" cestovateľskom režime, tak si tam viem predstaviť dlhodobý život s rodinou (Punta del Este je krásne, slnečné a slobodné mesto). Podobne, ako nemá zmysel zostávať v Rusku a snažiť sa o akúkoľvek zmenu režimu, lebo väčšina ľudí tam vyžadujú autoritatívneho alfa samca, tak nemá podľa mňa zmysel zostávať na Slovensku, ak sa s hodnotami väčšinou ľudí tam žijúcich vnútorne nestotožňujeme (ja sa s nimi určite nestotožňujem, preto mi nedáva úplne žiadny zmysel účastniť sa ich politických rituálov). Ak by som si mal vybrať nejakú krajinu v EÚ, tak už len v Prahe je toho podľa mňa lepšie, keďže Česko je najslobodnejšia slovanská krajina. Život máte plne v svojich rukách - ak nimi hlasovaním neviete zmeniť politický systém na taký, aký vám vyhovuje, je načase použiť nohy...

@bxlewi1 Same here. I’ve found 2 mph is the sweet spot for me. I sometimes go faster for shorter periods.

I’ve used a treadmill under my standing desk for the last 8 years. I love it, and I believe it’s a competitive advantage. Here’s why: 1. 10k steps a day is generally recommended for good health. I easily hit that goal by walking 2 mph for part of the day while I’m working. 2. Walking reduces my stress and improves my mood. 3. If I sit too long I get restless and groggy. When I walk, I feel more alert. 4. Studies show it aids memory retention and creativity. 5. I’m in my 40s and weigh the same as I did in school. I think the treadmill played a role. 6. “I’m too busy to exercise” isn’t an excuse anymore. I walk and work.
