The PPA

Parking in front of a driveway is a violation and can block residents from entering or leaving their homes. Even a short stop can result in a ticket. Be a good neighbor and be sure to park only in designated parking spots.

@maybe_denise If a ticket was disputed, a notice is sent notifying the vehicle owner of the outcome before late penalties are applied. We'd like to see what happened with that if you DM us the ticket number and we can provide additional clarity.

@PhilaParking wtf? Do you not think you threatening us with final demand letters makes people pay by default as opposed to admission of liability? That is crazy work the way @PhilaParking operates.

@PhilaParking The fines were reluctantly paid after I was gaslit to oblivion by the PPA. If by providing a ticket number means possibility of getting that amount returned to me I will happily provide, if not, I don’t see the point.

@PhilaParking The PPA is cooked. In 2024 I received 2 fines as I had just moved & getting my docs in order & explained that via a dispute letter. Checked for weeks, no response. Over a yr later finally received a letter of final demand when I didn’t even get a response to my OG dispute, wtf?

@PhilaParking It’s Ingram street. Between 27 and 28. Cars parked day and night. They park a 1/4 of the way in the street on sidewalk making it difficult for us to get our medical transports. You also have to ticket the ones blocking the public easement. There’s 1 right now on the corner of 27.

Starting today, Monday, April 13th, the 60-day warning period for new automated speed enforcement cameras along Route 13 is officially underway. In partnership with our transportation partners and the City’s Office of Transportation and Infrastructure Systems (OTIS), we are taking this critical step to enhance public safety and improve the quality of life for all residents in Northeast Philadelphia. 🛡️🏙️ What happens now? For the next 60 days, drivers recorded speeding will receive a warning in the mail rather than a ticket. This is a vital opportunity to adjust your speed before official ticketing begins on June 12th.
