1. Stay hydrated. Most hunger is actually thirst. Proper hydration keeps energy stable, improves mental performance & helps you feel full between meals. I drink half my body weight in ounces daily. I add electrolytes too. It's a simple rule solving multiple problems at once.

Trying ice. How crazy is it that Mac OS provides absolutely no way to access menu bar items once they go under the notch? You must install a 3d party app that uses SCREEN RECORDING to rearrange them

Neovim is the default editor for Omarchy. It's easy to install VSCode, Cursor, Zed, or whatever on the side, but you really should try to give it a go — and having @typecraft_dev help you how for free is a great deal!
