Really should give praise where it’s due. My health service has just introduced taxi vouchers for junior doctors who shouldn’t be driving home. Return vouchers, from the bed manager, so no supervisors need even know. #FightFatigue

These birthdays are bittersweet as we shouldn’t be needed
But we are still
We’ve helped 15,000 refugees
Thousands of lives saved
But I/we need to keep fighting
