@kathryc4 @abc730 @L_Day Nope - it is half price meds. 2 months meds for the one co-pay. And 12 months on a script. So half price, half the visits to pharmacy, and half the trips to GP. Cheaper,convenient & safe And maintaining doctor prescribing. A great announcement for patients 😁

@abc730 @L_Day I don't think they are getting two months for the price of one. Patients will still have to pay for two months. The pharmacist will only get one $10 dispensing fee from the government instead of 2. Patients will only have to visit GP every teo months gor script instead of mthly.

As of September patients will be able to pick up two months' worth of many medications for the price of one. It's welcome news for Australians who regularly take popular prescription medicines. Pharmacists, on the other hand, aren't so happy. #abc730 @L_Day #auspol
