@akuhayum I can affirm that your linguistic perspicacity in your lingua materna is somewhat impoverished. Yeah, you're a bit dim and need to read a shit ton more.

@OneOutof4 The Primitives have just finished a tour and 3 weeks ago played their hometown gig in Coventry where my mate captured them performing Crash. Brilliant band. Tracy's mum works as a volunteer at the wonderful Coventry Music Museum.

"Crash" is a song by this British indie pop band who released this song in 1988. 👉🏻 What’s the name of the band? 👉🏻 What soundtrack was it on?

@Isaiah967967 @thelornashow @theenemyband It's a song by a Cov band, about Cov (and the down-to-earth unglamourous nature of the UK), performed in Cov's ground by the band & the fans before the game against Sheff Utd. Apart from the invention of amplification & rock music, what exactly here is 'American'?

There's a moment when using a screwdriver to prise something open or cutting the wrong way with a sharp blade, you know your going to impale yourself but you carry on regardless until it happens, the English language needs a word for this

Used to buy my brothers, father & uncles new wallets each Christmas. It's always been a reliable gift for men. But now they all just use their phone to pay. No cards. No cash. I'm sure it's convenient for them but now I have to work out a new standard gift item for male relatives

@MRCOOLSDREAM Mick's Company. An absolute banger. And the A side (My Ever Changing Moods) is rather good too. Quite possibly the best bit of 7" vinyl I own.

@kostekcanu A long time ago we took our lovely 3 yr old to the Nottingham Open. She was as good as gold but eventually got a bit bored & whiney. All eyes on me as I carried her out of the stands. All eyes including those of @GregRusedski1 & @lleytonhewitt. Oops. Sorry lads.

@JulienHoez Well seeing as I (Remainer) worked with EU information for 12 yrs I'd say I was a lot more informed than the typical Leave voter, but yeah stereotyping is an easy trap to fall into. It's probably more about logic versus emotion. If you don't understand it resort to gut feeling.

Some very strong and biased opinions here on the capacity of British pro-Europeans to be aware of technical details, as if Remainers are somehow inherently superior to people who voted to leave just because they dislike the EU. Which was silly long-term, but at least makes sense

@Daves1412 @andrewhesselden @JulienHoez Those of us that voted to remain in the EU are fully aware of the consequences of the loss of our European Citizenship. It is those that voted to leave the EU that still can’t comprehend what this means for their rights to live, work, visit & conducted business in EU countries.

Another interesting fact I have come across into todays strategy research. Jihadi documents from Al Qaeda before 911 claims that drawing the US into the Middle East was in an effort to drain them of their resources in such a way social discontent for interventionism would lead them to completely withdraw from the Middle East and leave room for the creation of a caliphate in the Middle East free from their influence. Whats your thoughts on this?

Can we start calling Elon Musk and Donald Trump a Hollywood couple nickname like Brangelina, Bennifer, and Kimye? Especially since everyone who gets one seems to split up. I vote for for "Elonald" since we all know Elon is the headliner in the relationship.
