Celebrating 93 days of no alcohol and I just got home from town without buying any. Initially, I only wanted to quit drinking for 90 days however I’ve had so much weight loss. I’m going to continue my sobriety and try to get to 200 pounds which is 39 pounds away And I’m normally 6 pounds a month three months in a week or something and I should achieve my weight loss school that’s probably like mid July. I’m feeling stronger in my upper body. I’m doing bar dips when I couldn’t because my lower half was so heavy and my legs have spring. It’s easy for me to stand up now because I don’t have that extra weight.
