@jamesmartinchef @British_Airways Sick of hearing Brexit as the blame for any problems. The way the government handled Covid is the cause. You can’t shut a country down without major long term effects to the economy and businesses.

Welcome to the carnage that is travelling by air in 2022. 4th time BA and airport hasn’t had enough staff to take the bags off the plane so now have to courier them. A bloody joke, should be prosecuted for taking money when clearly can’t deliver the service. 1000s kicking off

@murielkeating @British_Airways My friends have just driven back from Kefalonia. They had to delay drive back because they got Covid and I’m assuming they would have to test before driving through each country.

@pinkjeeps @British_Airways Thinking of driving, but restrictions need to be relaxed throughout the EU. Brian wanted to drive to Germany, but travelling through other countries wasn't straightforward.

Absolute nightmare @British_Airways uploaded Covid 19 cert 6 times, still says needed to do it to check in online!!

@pinkjeeps @British_Airways We were worried about cancellations so booked Tui for our trip to Cyprus next month from Birmingham, lo and behold, Birmingham is hell.

@murielkeating @British_Airways Last year I did it all and they still made us go through it all again at the airport. Same flights have cost us double the price and I think we will look at flying with someone else next time.

@pinkjeeps @British_Airways Lost 2 hours ill never get back. Just tried again, showed as uploaded but email a minute later telling me to add my covid cert. Will have to book in at Heathrow.

More nonsense today that producing more oil and gas at home will do nothing to ease the squeeze. It will produce more UK tax revenue,bring more better paid jobs and deliver energy that does not come from Russia or Saudi. It even cuts CO2 produced. What's not to like?
