A good way to think about Sora is it’s basically the GPT3 of video models. Stable Video Diffusion etc are like GPT2. The chatGPT, GPT4, LLaMA and Mistrals will come over the next few years. It’ll be scaled, honed, tuned and optimised from here, worst it will ever be.

I rarely smiled growing up. No joke. Growing up, I was super unpopular. Overweight, unathletic, wore thick glasses, and got beaten up almost every day. I had few friends and didn't know how to form a smile. It wasn't until I started my business at 22 that things changed. That venture was my do-over—my second shot at youth. So “having fun” naturally became a very important part of that business. It was almost more important to me to live and experience that than to make money. If you think it's too late to change or find joy, remember: I discovered happiness in my 20s, and it became the cornerstone of my approach to business. It's never too late.
