@elonmusk @AdamLowisz Competition is the only thing missing from AI to make it unstoppable. Just like mans need to complete and improve against its competitors.

Since 2014 monthly sales have never been <2980 (April 2020) & March has never seen <11,000 sales. Today GTA is on pace for ~1100 sales and ~6000 new listings. If these numbers are correct buyers and sellers are in a true stalemate. @rob_siglio @RishiKBakshi fact check?

We just used AI to spot mortgage fraud for the first time. Homie built and deployed a CLI called FRAUDBOT on Finmo & Velocity APIs trained in a on thousands of past mortgage files securely, alongside lender guidance, AML and fraud detection best practises. It can spot mortgage & rental application fraud better than humans almost every time. This was just a test on a controlled environment/local model with anonymized files. Real world applications will be profound. Real estate will be unrecognizable in less than 24 months. meetyourhomies.com

To the people complaining that there’s a new best model that ‘changes everything’ every week: Yes. That’s how this works. This multi trillion dollar industry the entire global economy is now built on is 100% dependent on constant exponential improvement If 5.4 was worse than 5.3 OpenAI would collapse and the entire global economy would go with it By taking trillions of dollars of investments these companies have forced themselves to have to release new, world changing updates constantly I’d be way more shocked by one of them releasing a crap model rather than a revolutionary model that forces you to drop whatever you’re doing If this stresses you out or pisses you off then maybe this AI game isn’t for you This isn’t a game of tic tac toe. This is a global race for the digital nuclear bomb.

Drop what you are doing It happened. ChatGPT 5.4 is out. It blows Opus 4.6 out of the water on basically every benchmark This is what you need to do immediately if you want to escape the permanent underclass: • Upgrade your OpenClaw to ChatGPT 5.4 NOW (it's BUILT for OpenClaw) • Hand the ChatGPT 5.4 blog post over to your OpenClaw. Ask "How can we improve our workflows based on these upgrades?" • Download the Codex desktop app and type in /fast. This will give you the most powerful coding model in the world at the fastest speeds • Take advantage of the 1 million token context window by pasting in full documents as context • Everything you do on your computer for the next 24 hours, describe it to ChatGPT 5.4 and ask how it can do the task better When new tech drops, you have to take advantage of it. That's the only way to win Put your phone on Do Not Disturb and get to it
OpenAI@OpenAI

GPT-5.4 Thinking and GPT-5.4 Pro are rolling out now in ChatGPT. GPT-5.4 is also now available in the API and Codex. GPT-5.4 brings our advances in reasoning, coding, and agentic workflows into one frontier model.

Friday night. 6 hours of sleep this week. Watching my SaaS factory of 4 autonomous OpenClaws run my business All powered by Opus 4.6, Codex 5.3, Qwen 3.5 (local), Minimax 2.5 (local) running on 3 Mac Studios and a Mini. I refuse to be in the permanent underclass

Jack Dorsey just laid off half of his company in a single tweet. 4,000 people gone Not because business is down But because AI made them unnecessary If you aren’t AI native, you have become expendable to execs. You need to learn these skills now: 1. How to build software in Claude Code 2. How to automate in OpenClaw 3. How to create artifacts in Claude Cowork 4. How to orchestrate multiple agents in Codex 5. How to use ChatGPT as a copilot for everything you do These aren’t optional skills anymore. They’re mandatory. And the time you have left to learn them has quickly disappeared.

we're making @blocks smaller today. here's my note to the company. #### today we're making one of the hardest decisions in the history of our company: we're reducing our organization by nearly half, from over 10,000 people to just under 6,000. that means over 4,000 of you are being asked to leave or entering into consultation. i'll be straight about what's happening, why, and what it means for everyone. first off, if you're one of the people affected, you'll receive your salary for 20 weeks + 1 week per year of tenure, equity vested through the end of may, 6 months of health care, your corporate devices, and $5,000 to put toward whatever you need to help you in this transition (if you’re outside the U.S. you’ll receive similar support but exact details are going to vary based on local requirements). i want you to know that before anything else. everyone will be notified today, whether you're being asked to leave, entering consultation, or asked to stay. we're not making this decision because we're in trouble. our business is strong. gross profit continues to grow, we continue to serve more and more customers, and profitability is improving. but something has changed. we're already seeing that the intelligence tools we’re creating and using, paired with smaller and flatter teams, are enabling a new way of working which fundamentally changes what it means to build and run a company. and that's accelerating rapidly. i had two options: cut gradually over months or years as this shift plays out, or be honest about where we are and act on it now. i chose the latter. repeated rounds of cuts are destructive to morale, to focus, and to the trust that customers and shareholders place in our ability to lead. i'd rather take a hard, clear action now and build from a position we believe in than manage a slow reduction of people toward the same outcome. a smaller company also gives us the space to grow our business the right way, on our own terms, instead of constantly reacting to market pressures. a decision at this scale carries risk. but so does standing still. we've done a full review to determine the roles and people we require to reliably grow the business from here, and we've pressure-tested those decisions from multiple angles. i accept that we may have gotten some of them wrong, and we've built in flexibility to account for that, and do the right thing for our customers. we're not going to just disappear people from slack and email and pretend they were never here. communication channels will stay open through thursday evening (pacific) so everyone can say goodbye properly, and share whatever you wish. i'll also be hosting a live video session to thank everyone at 3:35pm pacific. i know doing it this way might feel awkward. i'd rather it feel awkward and human than efficient and cold. to those of you leaving…i’m grateful for you, and i’m sorry to put you through this. you built what this company is today. that's a fact that i'll honor forever. this decision is not a reflection of what you contributed. you will be a great contributor to any organization going forward. to those staying…i made this decision, and i'll own it. what i'm asking of you is to build with me. we're going to build this company with intelligence at the core of everything we do. how we work, how we create, how we serve our customers. our customers will feel this shift too, and we're going to help them navigate it: towards a future where they can build their own features directly, composed of our capabilities and served through our interfaces. that's what i'm focused on now. expect a note from me tomorrow. jack
