@planetlaptop Hey Rita, our latest 12M Fixed tariff does have exit fees and we'd show this when offered, but I can change that back for you now so you're on our previous Fixed tariff that doesn't have them. Let me do that now and I'll DM you shortly.

@OctopusEnergy I signed up for a fixed tariff showing no exit fees. When the email arrived it had a £50 exit fee listed. Unsatisfactory reply received from your customer service team. Next stop is the energy ombudsman!

@HighwaysSurrey We have received notification of pavement resurfacing works on the old street Fetcham - signs have been put up in school lane Fetcham saying that is will be closed at the same time. Is this correct, or have the signs been incorrectly placed?

@Baddiel He is my MP unfortunately. The Right Dishonourable MP for Stratford upon Avon with a 32,000 majority. Fined for fiddling his heating expenses to keep the stables warm for his horses. A one-time immigrant who has voted against immigrants entering the UK. I've never voted for him.

@OctopusEnergy My smart meter isn’t registering usage on the app. Not sure how you can send me a bill based on the smart meter reading 🤦♀️I’ve been waiting for a new meter for almost a year - any update when this is likely to be installed?

@O2 I attempted to transfer my number to you yesterday. I’ve now been over 24 hours without my phone. Numerous phone calls have proved to be a waste of time. Nobody knows why the change hasn’t completed. 3 people have promised to look into it and call me back, nobody has!

@StevenWoodgate @O2 My number should have ported from Sky mobile to o2 yesterday - I’m still waiting. Numerous promised callbacks failed to happen, and no sign of a resolution in sight. Not sure what the problem is, hope someone can enlighten me. Thanks

@virginmedia Not sure why my bill is going up £102pa in March when the figure quoted in the press is £56 pa. I’ve had 2 phone calls with your call centre and they can’t shed any light on it either!
