If you start taking coffee into the bathroom does that mean you’ve levelled up as a parent?

My husband told me my desk looks like an Alice in Wonderland tea party happened here 25 years ago and he’s not wrong.

So many things that used to annoy my mom make sense now.

I remember in my previous life when I looked alive and rejuvenated and had never heard of a snot sucker or a diaper genie.

When you put on a kids movie and watch the whole thing while they play with the coasters on the coffee table.

If you don’t pour cheerios all over the playpen to watch the baby act like a roomba I just don’t relate.

Got a message from daycare saying my daughter’s playtime today was her joyfully looking at herself in the mirror and now I’m 100% sure she didn’t get swapped during that couple hours we fell asleep at the hospital when she was born.

When you get home after the holidays and aren’t sure if you’ve been robbed or are actually that fucking messy.

I’ve really enjoyed starting daycare so far bc when you pay the big bucks you really get a return on your investment like when your child is there for 4 days and gets sick from the other babies and is home for 2 weeks. Wait…
