@scottohara One challenge I had for a job was to check for WCAG 2.0 issues of a webpage on a printed (paper!) copy of the source code to said page. The page even had a complex table using headers and id. Even had 4.1.1 issues. 90 minutes GO!

how is it that [insert name of company] has such involved coding challenges during the interview process, which would make one assume only the best of the best will get the job... and yet, web UI commonly is _still_ an accessibility trash fire.
