The free market launch! Ensure that people that want out have to sell at the lowest possible, so that people that want to join the community can buy at the lowest possible price point! Why would you want to structure a token launch to benefit the people that want to leave?

@adrianbrink 1) Namada definitely has issues in this regard. The official Namada delegation is 1-2 million NAM tokens, which equals $500-1000 of income per calendar year. If you subtract the costs of good hardware, validators actually have to pay extra just to validate the protocol (lol)

"How do you cold start a solver or validator network?" Wrong question. Solvers and validators just go where there is money to be made. If you need to keep paying them after launch, you have a protocol design problem, not a bootstrap problem.

Buyers of $ALEO beware, you are the exit liquidity. 1 of the most cynical, rug-pull token drops in the history of crypto. Is this a third tier shitcoin? Yeah Buying the $ALEO token can be extremely risky, especially if the entire supply is controlled by developers @AleoHQ and funds @a16z . This creates a concentration of power and opens the door to market manipulation. Such schemes often lead to investor losses when developers sell off their tokens, causing a sharp price drop. This is similar to a "pump-and-dump" scam, where regular investors lose money. Investing in projects that lack transparency and fair token distribution is highly dangerous. Be cautious and avoid such projects!

US law doesn't work this way. You should at least have a friendly chat with a lawyer. :) legal best practices cannot be derived solely by looking at laws or case results. Just because something is explicitly legal doesn't mean it's a legally wise thing to do. Just because something is not explicitly illegal does not mean it's a legally wise thing to do.
