My new book, (name undecided), has been completed: written, edited, and formatted. The process took me approximately 3 months and hundreds of hours. The book clocks in at 892 pages, font size 11, and 7x9 paper size. As for references: despite the assumed controversy of the material, nearly everything is sourced directly, including documents, and triple checked.
