Anybody around CBB will tell you Darian DeVries' work ethic speaks for itself. The guy is a grinder. Put in a ton of time as an assistant at Creighton with Altman + McDermott from 2001-18. Took Drake to 3 of 4 NCAA Tournaments, exceeded expectations at WVU. Very nice hire by IU.
