Hi @EtihadHelp , I had made a cancellation of a ticket on April 18, 2023. I was forced to cancel it and book a new one as your system failed when I tried to reschedule & also since my ticket had full refund. It's been more than 2 months, I am waiting for the refund. Please help!

Hi @EtihadHelp how can I track the booking cancellation refund status and amount. My booking had free cancellation (opted during booking). Since I had changes to my travel plan, I had to cancel my return ticket. Support Chat wasn’t really helpful as they had no idea either.
