@SkyHelpIreland Hi. I need to inform sky of a deceased account holder and cancel their subscription. I have tried via phone a number of times now but the wait time has been over 45 minutes on each occassion. Is there an email or postal address that can be used for this purpose?

Very sad news yesterday evening about the death of Aidan Marsden. A great golf official and a deeply obliging man, I always enjoyed his company and our chats over the years. He contributed greatly to life in his adopted Tullamore and much further afield.

@SSEAirHelp I ended up talking to an agent via the webchat. Informed me I may get a call back within 8 days!!! My contract will be up by then so likely to move now after 11 years with airtricity.
@SSEAirHelp on hold this morning for an hour, requested call back, no call yet. On hold again currently for 30 minutes so far. Need to discuss contract renewal or is that the ploy to roll everyone over to new increased tariff contracts because they can't get through??
@TescoIrl just tried ordering groceries for delivery on new website. Favourites and usuals are gone. Also no delivery slots available for next 3 weeks - is that correct or is there a problem with the website?
@askpermanenttsb Thanks for the reply Hannah, she eventually got sorted through her local branch. Option 2 is not working on the self service to solve this. It puts you on hold. She spent hours on hold over the weekend and again this morning.
@pmarsden13 Hi Paul, she should not be placed on hold just to retrieve a password to unblock her online account. It is option 2 from the main menu and it is a self-service option. Is she getting an error when she enters her Open24 number? Thanks, Emma
@askpermanenttsb hi, is there a problem with the automated unlocking account process? My wife is locked out of her account for a 2nd day now and on hold for hours at a time? Any help???
@askpermanenttsb Hi Emma, the automated unlocking service is not working. This is the 3rd day now she has tried to unlock. Can I DM her contact number so she can talk to someone as she needs to urgently transfer funds please?

@SkyHelpIreland I need to order a replacement sky Q box, hard disk error. Can't talk to anyone and online order form doesn't appear to be working. Help please.
