@pmohler40 Yes. I tried to take a picture but it doesn’t show very well. But with one nozzle directly over the row and one in between. the plants are covered with product from top to bottom.

@jmichael8430 @adam_singletary How did you get the speed sequence set like that for exiting the headland? I messed with it last year and it was going back to “max in field speed” quicker than I liked

@adam_singletary You do not have to use boundary track. You just need a boundary that works then you have to put in a headland offset from the boundary to turn. I played with it in my buddies 9rt couple weeks ago and plan on planting with it this spring.

Has anyone ever used Deere Turn automation? If so do you have to use boundary track for planting end rows to use that? How does it work if its not an exterior boundary end row? Just wondering for my own curiosity.

I’m so impressed with the residue management. 250bu corn melted down with #meltdown behind the Landoll disc chisel. Foundation set for another big corn crop incoming!!

100% of your P, K, S in season with planter and Sidedress. If you are too lazy to dig roots to “find” the difference and a 60 mph drive by and bushels in your bin is more your cup of tea then Unicorn Fertilizer is for you.

@agdkcseedguy Does a micronutrient package with a herbicide pass provide yield advantage? University data would say, no it doesn’t. But our farm is using it because we think it does. And you are selling it to customers, so I assume you agree. University data is just losing connection sadly.

@agdkcseedguy It’s amazing to me how far out of touch, almost irrelevant, university data and research is anymore. Do they truly understand the product or it’s uses? Does switching x pounds of NH3 to x pounds of 28% truly show a yield advantage? More than likely not.

@pmohler40 As tacky as this sounds, I found some short rigid strips on Amazon. Got a 12volt DC marine grade waterproof light. We’ll probably test out a couple different styles to see what we like best.

Sometimes we have a little fun in the shop! LED strip will come on with each electric meter. Planting at night will be a breeze!
