When my son said I wasn't as present as other moms, it felt like a dagger to the heart. Many of you know firsthand the tightrope walk of balancing work and family. Every decision comes with its sacrifices, but that doesn't define our capabilities as mothers or employees. Though the journey is difficult, we have the potential to excel in both roles. So to all the leaders out there, it's time to replace judgment with empathy. Let's actively seek solutions and resources to support our moms at work—be it through tech or effective management. 💪👩‍👧‍👦
