34 Street is currently closed between Sherwood Park Freeway and Baseline Road as police assist Edmonton Fire Rescue Services (EFRS) with traffic control in relation to a fire in that area.
Motorists are advised to please avoid the area and seek alternate routes.

Scene on the Whitemud Drive near Quesnell Bridge right now. People are reportedly leaving their cars and walking home 😳 Edmonton Police has also now closed Whitemud Drive in all directions between the Quesnell Brodge and Gateway Boulevard.
