@BeirosBooks @Bdubs1776 @CarsonAtwood The cool thing about braunstein campaigns is that you don’t know what is happening. Another player might miscommunication and you can’t properly sync up, and then the dragon runs into you out of nowhere!

@CarsonAtwood @Bdubs1776 There were also 20 crossbow men. The problem is that Ferigno is immune to mundane damage. The purpose of the ballistas was to fire the heavy chain nets to ground him, then Cointhrall and co could whack him with magic weapons. That said Cointhrall’s player is 100% an idiot 🤓

In #EnGarde you may surrender at any time but the opposing turn will play. Nobody has to die if they calculate the risk. @pogodonuts may have slightly miscalculated. But the heat of battle affects how much risk one is willing to take to see one more turn. Kick can be strong!

@Nobleshield Youve got to read the book no matter which game you’re playing, just jot down some stuff that looks important. Also the table of contents is very detailed, you can pretty quickly find most rules

The #BrOSR should write a distilled 1e DMG version that breaks down the key rules into bullet points or easy-to-understand references, eliminating the need to read through the ponderous tome to find buried rules. That'd help give people #WinningSecrets
