@CDAssoc I've read the document & signed the petition. As far as I can see it is not saying don't have self-tapes, self-tapes are vital for equality of access to opportunity. It's to create a better framework. Bravo CDA for wanting to improve practices with the input of actors.

@RoyalMail service currently atrocious. No deliveries for over 10 days. Had to resort to picking up mail from sorting office. Not all mail there. 2 parcels missing. Told they go out every day for delivery. Totally untrue. Service unfit for purpose @Ofcom

Fuck me I'm so tired of self tapes.Once more for those at the back, a Friday request shouldn't have a deadline of 10am Monday morning.Sunday spent taping and then Mon morn trying to work out why the tapes weren't downloadable all after 10am deadline & don't say it's only a guide!
