@UberUKsupport Exactly my point. I've already spoken with phone support repeatedly & gotten nowhere. All @Uber_Support ever does is deflect complaints to other teams leaving the customer with no legitimate path forward for dispute resolution.

@UberUK offers no dispute resolution for issues outside their limited scope & @UberUKsupport only serves to deflect these complaints into oblivion. @Uber received duplicate payments from my account & despite months of promises, I've received no contact re: a legitimate solution.

@UberUKsupport This is the issue. It's about 30 charges over 3 months. I keep wasting my time sending all this info to different support reps & getting nowhere. It's a complicated issue & I need to speak with someone on the phone who can actually get it resolved. Sick of the DM BS.

@UberUKsupport After a series of admittedly confusing banking transactions (many of which were outside of my control), my Uber account has received duplicate payments & shows me in arrears for payments made. But no one at Uber has been willing to address this complicated issue.

@totalcurtis I know you know the deal, but details are important. Otherwise it just facilities another pointless "pints are too expensive" pile on that only benefits shit pub chains and shit producers.

@totalcurtis "Just charged $30 for a hamburger in New York." Was it a Burger King in Staten Island taking the piss or a fine dining restaurant in Soho serving a wagyu burger? The details make all the difference.

@totalcurtis Not enough info. London is huge. ABV isn't everything. Where was the pub? What's their overheads? How was the staff? Are they properly paid? What was the brewery & their margins? What was the style? Were quality ingredients used? Etc. You're doing this discussion a disservice.
