DMK's issue isn't that Congress joined the TVK government taking 2 ministers. Their issue is that Congress,never fully fought the election alongside DMK. • No Rahul-Stalin campaign. • No serious pushback when Vijay claimed the "real Congress" was with TVK. • No Priyanka Gandhi campaign in Tamil Nadu. • Congress like Praveen Chakravarthy leaders engaging with TVK even before the polls. The result? Chemistry of the entire alliance got spoilt, Congress votes didn't transfer effectively outside Kanyakumari. In 2024, when Rahul needed MPs, Stalin was his "brother", he purchased sweets for him jumping across the divider, whereas, In 2026, when Stalin needed MLAs, Rahul wasn't on the campaign trail. That's what DMK see as the real betrayal.

Most of the youth in TN have not travelled outside the state. They have no idea as to how beautiful and glorious our country is. They have not interracted with people from other states and have not experienced the rich culture in various parts of our country. TN politicians use this to create a ghetto mentality amongst these youngsters, feed them linguistic bias and create a divide. Govt can request corporates to use their CSR funds to take youth from every panchayat across India. Festival of India can be organised every year in various parts of India wherein youth from various parts of India can stay and interract with each other , this will go a long way to promote National unity and integrity
