Trump is negotiating to settle his lawsuit against his own IRS, and one of the remedies being floated (along with almost 2 billion dollars) is the IRS dropping all audits of Trump, his family, and his businesses. Just absolutely staggering corruption.

At the request of the U.S., Ukraine set up its Sky Map air defense system at Prince Sultan Air Base following the Iranian drone attack a U.S. base in Kuwait, which killed six American servicemen, and after another attack destroyed an E-3 Sentry aircraft in Saudi Arabia. Ukraine's TTPs helped the U.S. shoot down Shaheds ($20,000-50,000) without expending expensive munitions such as the Patriot interceptor ($6-$10 million).

Mortgage demand is now WORSE than the Great Financial Crisis. Read that again. Worse than 2008. Yet sellers are still pricing homes like it’s 2021 with 3% rates. The math stopped mathing.

You won’t hear this on Fox News: California just released a balanced budget that wipes out the deficit this year AND next — while protecting health care and safety nets. Meanwhile, Trump ADDED $2.4 TRILLION to the federal deficit with his “Big Beautiful Betrayal.” Republicans ruin budgets. Democrats balance them. Adulting matters.

Seriously guys, whatever happened to: • the DOGE checks • tariff checks • the Greenland hospital boat • 10% APR on credit cards • my meds being 1500% cheaper • $2 gas • the Epstein files • reopening the Strait of Hormuz that was already open • cheaper groceries • ending wars in 24 hours • the “privately funded” ballroom Any updates?

🚨 BREAKING: The White House said Xi agreed the Strait of Hormuz must stay demilitarized and that China opposes any “toll” by Iran. China’s own readout of the same meeting said something different. The Chinese Foreign Ministry’s official summary of the Trump-Xi summit made no mention of Iran. None. No mention of the Strait of Hormuz. None. China publicly said it “supports Iran in safeguarding its national sovereignty.” And Chinese ships are already moving through the Strait, under Iranian permits. A Chinese supertanker crossed Wednesday. Iran’s state media reports about 30 vessels have transited since. The Trump administration’s blockade redirected 70 ships in the same window. So which readout is real? Two governments. One meeting. Two completely different stories. The White House is telling Americans Xi is on our side. China is telling Iran the opposite. Both can’t be true. Who is Trump lying to — us, or himself?

"With control of the strait, Iran emerges as the key player in the region and one of the key players in the world. The roles of China and Russia, as Iran’s allies, are strengthened; the role of the United States, substantially diminished. Far from demonstrating American prowess, as supporters of the war have repeatedly claimed, the conflict has revealed an America that is unreliable and incapable of finishing what it started. That is going to set off a chain reaction around the world as friends and foes adjust to America’s failure."

Existing home sales over the first four months of 2026 were the lowest since 2009. In April, 4.02 million existing houses were sold on an annualized basis according to the NAR's data. This figure was below last year's and the lowest level since April 2009. (in the midst of the Great Financial Recession). Buyers continue to exit the U.S. Housing Market because they don't want to pay today's sky-high prices, or can't afford to. Making this the 4th straight year of recession-level home sales. The pending sales figures in April/May suggest we might finally see a bump next month, but it's hard to think of that as more than a dead-cat bounce given how bad the first four months of the year were. Lower prices are the only way buyers will come back.

The war is not winnable for Russia, and it's turning into a demographic catastrophe. Russia suffered 352,000 dead at the end of 2025. By now we are easily at 400,000 dead. That is 1% of the male Russian fighting age population of roughly 40 million. Another 2% are crippled and traumatized beyond repair. 1 out of every 30 Russian men between 18 and 60 has been killed or maimed by this war. Progress on the battlefield keeps slowing. At the current pace, taking the average casualty rate per square kilometer over the last 12 and the last 6 months, Russia will need anything between 5 million and 25 million men to throw into the meat grinder just (!) to take the rest of the Donbass, Zaporizhia and Kherson. This war is not sustainable, and it's certainly not winnable. Putin will literally run out of cattle to send to the slaughter before he can achieve even his minimum objectives.

"For the first time this year, Mediazona and Meduza have updated the overall estimate of the actual number of Russia’s losses in its war against Ukraine. It is based on the Probate Registry and reflects the number of male Russian citizens aged 18 to 59 who died since the start of the full-scale invasion to the end of 2025: 352,000." @mediazzzona @meduza_en en.zona.media/article/2026/0…

⚡️For the first time in nearly three years, the initiative in the war appears to be shifting toward Ukraine, — The Economist The magazine writes that Ukraine is gradually changing the course of the war and inflicting increasingly serious damage on Russia. Key points: 1⃣Russia’s spring offensive has effectively failed; 2⃣in April, Russian forces suffered net territorial losses for the first time since August 2024; 3⃣over the past 30 days, Russia lost control of 113 square kilometers; 4⃣Ukrainian drones are striking deeper and deeper into Russia’s rear areas; 5⃣military and economic targets are being hit nearly 2,000 km from the border. The Economist describes the situation as a potential turning point in the war. 💬 “If you had to brief Putin, the picture would look pretty grim.”
