BillBud is live!🚀 Download link: play.google.com/store/apps/det… Bllbud is a free app to split bills, track shared expenses and settle up with friends. Built for every dinner, trip and outing where someone always ends up doing the math alone. After a long time of building, testing, breaking things and fixing them again, it's finally out in the world. The simplest way to manage expenses with people you spend time with. #BillBud #Launch

Moving to a new place while building a product on the side. Lesson: your environment affects your output more than your tools do. Setting up the space this week. Back to shipping next week. #buildinpublic

@alpeshznakrani Exciting! Would love to connect when you start exploring mobile. I specialize in KMM one codebase, native Android + iOS. Currently building at a 20M+ user platform. Feel free to DM whenever mobile is on the roadmap!

@div_supply The pattern recognition from client work is something you can't get from building in isolation. Are any of your three products mobile or purely web?

@potatomiooo Yeah, that’s one of the biggest advantages of client work. You’re not guessing, you keep seeing the same problems repeat, and eventually some of them start looking like products

Since the beginning of 2026 I’ve been launching and testing a few products, most didn’t work, but three of them did. Today they crossed $8k MRR combined :) Two of them are upsells from my agency services, which has been a great way to add more recurring revenue around work we already do Still early in this new journey, but it’s pretty cool to see small bets start turning into something real

Do you want to be in a Starter Story video? Looking for founders open to breaking down their P&L on camera. I'm talking full behind the curtain on: – revenue sources – ad costs, compute costs – margin, profit – take home & how much you're saving Nobody is talking about this online, and we want to change that. DM me or reply to this if you're interested or know someone who might be open to doing this. could be huge.

@StefanRows Congratulations! It’s the moment where projects stop feeling “theoretical” and start feeling like real products people are willing to pay for.

@vaaselene One API for 27 platforms with unified schema is genuinely hard to pull off, the normalization alone across different data structures must have been painful. How are you handling rate limit differences across platforms?

@muso_am @Rasmic Altovia looks clean, AI + flight search is a smart combo. Noticed it's iOS only right now. Any plans for Android? Asking because I build KMM apps, one codebase that ships native Android + iOS both. Could cut your Android launch timeline significantly.

@alpeshznakrani "AI that ships Laravel apps" is a bold positioning. Curious, where does mobile fit in this stack for your clients? Or is it purely web for now?

This is the engagement I run most at Devlyn. Revenue motion rebuild for founders who have crossed $50K MRR and are still closing every deal themselves. devlyn.ai

@yabsssai Yeah! At first it was just a random date I told my friends, but then they kept asking: “Bro, what happened? Is it live?” You can delay it once or twice max. After that, this becomes a pretty good shipping motivator.

@potatomiooo i'm curious about the random launch date you told your friends, did setting that actually help you stay on track and get it shipped last month?

Some time back, I had an idea. Last month, I finally shipped it. Just because I started implementing. I even told a few friends a random launch date just to finish it. I guess building something is far more important than planning something perfectly. #buildinpublic #software

5 days of posting! What changed: started thinking about needs first, solutions second. What didn't change: BillBud still live, still free, still solving the bill-splitting problem cleanly. Trying some small consistent steps! #buildinpublic #androiddev

Advice for anyone building a team: stay as lean as possible. Small teams are easier to manage, move faster, and pivot when needed. The urge to hire ahead of demand is real. Resist it. Grow when the work forces you to. Not because it feels like progress.

@mes28io The redesign approach you mentioned is underrated. Most indie devs think shipping fast = winning. But "make it saleable every month" is a completely different game. What's the app you're most bullish on right now?

in 2025, i was making 40k mrr around my apps. living alone, hanging around with diff girls, fake friends every single day.. spending money like crazy... no reinvesting and i was thinking the money fountain has been opened and it will never run out. in 2026, staying with my family. had a serious relationship. lost her 1 week ago. no money in the bank.. every month i was getting loan from my parents and relatives. only 2 friend. one of them is miles away. he is @rossark0 one of them is near but we dont have that much time to talk tho but the thing that never changes every day, regardless of what situation i am in, is work, work, work.. i was starting to think i am done. i am not that creative anymore.. i am not that guy killing with any video who uploads in TikTok then i realized every app i submit to the app store in 2026 is inattentive. each of them has potential, viral features inside of them but i couldnt get them.. then i started to study more, redesigns, and all of them has a viral potential. even i started changing their name, logos, whole ugly ai-made UIs.. do not launch a app made by an app builder to submit in 24 hours.. make it look good. make it saleable. make it saleable every month, not a cash grab with a high churned weekly pricing option. make your app so ppl can understand you actually care them.. make them hooked, in your videos, in the onboarding and every single day while they are using this app..

Got real answers today asking freelancers how they manage client files and approvals. Notion. Trello. Google Drive. Email chains. One person literally built their own tool. Is is like, When someone builds a tool just for themselves, there's a product hiding there. #buildinpublic

@beka_saparbek Day 150 consistency is impressive. The TikTok geo-restriction for US ads is a real wall, lot of non-US founders hit this. Have you tried Reddit ads for US traffic? Cheaper than TikTok and surprisingly well targeted for niche apps.

Day 150 of building in Public. Goal is to earn $9,000 in May. Current progress: Installs: 3,384(+143) Revenue: $5,516(+112) MRR: $2210(+20) Apparently you can only run TikTok ads only in limited amount of countries depending on your origin. I can't run USA ads from Kazakhstan. That's really problematic
