@Tesco can you please tell me why you close a service you offer?? Scan as you shop closed, I had to queue at self serve or another main bank checkout!! Closing a service to cut back on wages = unhappy customers, sort this out

@Tesco why do Clubcard offers if you can’t deliver the availability of product??!!! Madri pk4 out of stock past 2 days, the day after it goes on offer, asked member of staff, checked his phone, went to warehouse & said no stock, last delivery 19th June 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

@tescomobile @double_drax We were advised that we would be contacted or the support office would contact the store to get in touch with us, neither of this has happened !!

@double_drax @tescomobile The system don’t even get to the credit check, their system can’t verify that your details are the same as that on the card, apparently their support team has escalated it, that was Sunday now no-one knows what’s going on 🙄🙄

@double_drax @tescomobile We are having the same problem, and no-one seems to be able to help, so another customer lost!! What’s worse I have a colleague Clubcard.. so not quite the best I would say!!!!
