@RoyalMail why do you offer a collection service when no one actually turns up to collect the item? Not even a recent thing but it’s a total waste of time waiting for no one to turn up.

@easyJet I’ve tried phone, email and now Twitter. Waiting 4 weeks and can’t process and insurance claim without it, even worse as EasyJet barely covering the additional costs incurred due to cancellation.

@easyJet why was EZY8485 cancelled yesterday (Apr 2) from GVA to LGW? Ground staff had no clue and was chaos trying to get anything sorted out. I’ll now get home 17 hours later, miss out on the relaxing Sunday planned and have to fly to Birmingham, train to London then cab home.

@johnlewishelp returned an Apple Watch to be fixed and said no issues and is fine. My experience it’s still faulty a week after returned from JL and now being told to go to Apple store. Feel like wasting my time with JL, it’s got a 2 year guarantee now I need to go @AppleSupport

@MetroBank_Help @Metro_Bank No idea. It’s been an absolute waste of time. I selected option 1 got through to someone who then had to put me through to someone to verify security and was on hold for over 15 mins so gave up. Will try tomorrow.

@ppaddy74 @Metro_Bank @ppaddy74 Hi, after looking into this further option 1,4,3 is intended to revert you back to the beginning of the selection process as it gives you the option to select another query from the previous options if its not related to 1,4 and then either 1 or 2 specifically. ^HA

@MetroBank_Help @Metro_Bank Options 1, 4 then 3 - it then loops back to the beginning telling me the opening times and then have to start all over again 1,4 then 3.
