😭😭 my mom doesn’t exactly know how much I make.
She is well off but never splurges on luxuries for herself.
Today she went to buy some glasses, and she VC’d me to show some of the pairs.
She liked one of them and it was like $1,200 and went like hell nah.
I told her to get it, and I’ll pay for it.
She said something along the lines “when you start making 5-6 lakhs a month ($4,000-5,000) then save up and get it for me”
Spent the next 30 minutes getting her to believe me I make way more, and only then she bought the glasses.

I passed both phases and was up $600.
Then suddenly, days later, they come and say:
“That day you did this — it’s a hard breach.”
It didn’t even matter.
They just dig up anything, make it a big issue, and boom — hard breach.
No warning on that day.
No message.
No stop.
Just remove the account and push you back to Phase 1 so no payout happens.
This isn’t discipline.
This is how traders are robbed legally.

🚨🚨This is a completely unethical, unfair, and misleading practice being run by a so-called 13-year-old prop firm.
@Topstep @AskTopstep @MichaelPatak is making illogical and baseless allegations against me — claiming that:
1.I was previously banned (which has NEVER happened), and
2.I used 100+ credit cards to make purchases, many of which were allegedly not in my legal name.
Let me make this crystal clear.
I have complete data for every single account I have ever purchased:
•Exact date & time
•Screenshots taken directly from the Topstep dashboard. Screen Recording Was Also Done
•Full purchase history of each account
And I am fully prepared to verify each and every transaction publicly.
Every single account without exception was purchased using MY OWN credit card, in MY LEGAL NAME (Rohit Kumar)
There was no use of 100 cards, no third party cards, and no activity outside my ownership.
On top of that, the email ID I use today is the same email I have been using for over 2.5 years, even before I entered the futures space and the same email has always been used with Topstep.
The claim that I was “previously banned” is 100% false and fabricated.
If these false accusations are not corrected, I will take this forward publicly.
I will release a detailed YouTube video showing:
•Every single account I purchased
•The exact date & time from the Topstep website
•My credit card transaction history mapped to those purchases
•Direct proof that all payments came from my credit card only
The claims being made against me are nothing but baseless allegations, and I will not stay silent while misinformation is spread.
Facts don’t lie. Dashboards don’t lie. Transaction history doesn’t lie.

🚨🚨🚨 @Topstep @MichaelPatak 🚨🚨🚨 Today I received an email stating that ALL my Topstep accounts are being closed and my $25,000 payout is being rejected. The reason given is that I was either a previously banned trader or that I committed credit card fraud. Let me be very clear both allegations are completely false. I have NEVER been banned by Topstep in the past. I have NEVER used a fraudulent or third-party card. The card used belongs to me and has been used to purchase accounts across 15–20+ prop firms including @Tradeify, @fnfutures @TradingLucid, @MyFundedFutures, @fundingpips, @AlphaCapitalUK, @BlueberryFunded, @QtFunded, @TakeProfitLLC, @Alpha_Futures_, @the5erstrading, @ApexTradeFund etc., without a single issue and I’ve taken payout as well from all the prop firm’s. At the time of closure, all my 5 accounts were in $15,000 total profit, and even after my first payout request, all 5 accounts were still $10,000+ in profit. Despite this, all accounts were shut down and my payout rejected. I trade from my own device, under my own identity, with full transparency. I am fully willing to provide ANY verification required identity, card ownership, device verification, or trade history. Banning a trader and withholding a legitimate payout based on an unsubstantiated claim of card fraud when the same card has been accepted across the entire prop industry is unjustified and deeply concerning. I am formally requesting a proper re-verification and review of my account. 🚨 TRADERS — BEWARE OF @FundedNext 🚨
I passed their challenge, made \$11,000 in 3 days, and they still tried to stop me from getting paid — using **fake accusations and threats**.
Here’s what happened 👇🧵
I passed both Phase 1 & Phase 2 of FundedNext’s evaluation in just **2 weeks**.
Out of nowhere, they refused to give me a funded account, accusing me of **copy trading** — but the “proof” they sent was **completely fake**.
After calling them out, they finally gave me the funded account.
I traded for 2–3 days, hit the **10% profit target**, and then stopped trading. No reason to risk the account.
Then they hit me with something new.
Two days after **not trading**, I got an email saying I violated their **margin law**.
They claimed they had **warned me before** — but that warning was **also fake**. I never received anything.
Instead of following their own rules and issuing a real warning, they **deactivated my account** — and told me not to speak publicly.
Yes, they literally **threatened me to stay quiet**.
I pushed back.
A friend of mine with a big platform reached out as well — and suddenly FundedNext changed their tune.
They agreed to pay me my **\$11,000 profit** *early* — two weeks ahead of schedule.
If I had truly broken any rules, they wouldn’t have paid.
So what does that tell you?
Their rules are **inconsistently enforced**, and they’ll only do the right thing **under pressure**.
But here’s the thing — my account is still **deactivated**.
No new violations. No real explanation.
So let me be clear:
