Tarnaka and Habsiguda, Hyderabad's RnD Hub where most of the Research Institutes are located.
Tarnaka gets it's name from the fact that there used to be a Telegraph office( Tar) at this checkpost( Naka) during Nizam's time.
Also there used to be lot of vineyards in this region, one area Kimtee Gardens gets it's name from that.
Aradhana theater here is quite famous.
Habsiguda gets it's name from the African migrant labor from Abysinnia( Ethiopia) who were bought in for tending cattle by the Nizam. They were called Habishis from Al Habash,Arab name for Abysinnia.
Both these areas have a different vibe, more single large homes with gardens, more greenery, more tree cover, more leisurely paced life. Though the apartment culture has taken over here too.
More than anything this region is home to many RnD Institutes- CCMB, NGRI, IICT plus you have Osmania University, CIEFL nearby giving it a more academic vibe.
Tarnaka, Habsiguda has a more genteel, middle class neighborhood vibe, with all the greenery around. Though like most other places, traffic jams are common here now, still has a more peaceful, leisurely lifestyle.

Here is what I tell our software engineers on how to thrive in the AI era: be very good domain experts. Programming skills are the foundation (and we definitely don't want to lose them) but deep domain knowledge is what customers pay for, along with reliability, security, support and compliance.
The productivity gains from AI are still hotly debated: we definitely get to a working prototype much faster but a finished product has a lot more to it and not all the stages can be sped up by AI.
That is why I advise our technical teams to not obsess about programmer productivity as a metric but focus on how we can offer a far better experience to customers using AI.
There is a lot of needless or incidental complexity in software that can be eliminated by AI.
