@austinenergy @andrewjaz Are you sure it wasn't accidently turning off power to your SCADA system, because they weren't located at @MayorAdler's @WHotels #ATX residence? That's my bet, a backup generator failure at a site that was shut off by #austinenergy making it impossible to roll outages.

@andrewjaz It's turning off circuits that we were instructed to turn off as part of the response to this energy emergency alert event.

@austinenergy #austinenergy often charges me more in random extortion fees than electricity usage. This issue is not about load or @ERCOT_ISO, it's about @austinenergy messing up their "rollover" and screwing those of us in historically poorer areas... Seems a valid class-action lawsuit.

@FedEx apparently doesn't let people stop packages from being delivered to them? Been on the phone for 30 min trying to get that done for an @amazon package sent to the wrong address. This is a huge security threat, what if it was something nefarious?
