Hi Anuradha , let me explain this in simplest way possible based upon my personal experience as a doctor in a corporate setup When there is no insurance , doctors have to think twice before investigating multiple tests that are often necessary based upon the complaints of patient . Only the most important investigations are done which sometimes have the probability to miss out other probable diagnosis . Also many a times the patient refuse them citing the financial burden . But in insurance we are aware that all the routine investigations as well as less important ones to rule out the probable diseases can be done without putting burden on patient hence it is done .

ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಇದೆ ಆಗಿದ್ದು. ಮೊದ್ಲು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನವರು ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಬೇಕು ಅಂತ ಓಲೈಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ರು,.... ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಲೀಗ್ ದೇಶ ಇಬ್ಬಾಗ ಆಗ್ಬೇಕು ಅಂತ ಹೇಳ್ತು. ಈಗಲೂ ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಇದೆ. ಇವಾಗ ಎನ್ ಹೇಳಬಹುದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿಗರು? #ಕನ್ನಡ_ಕರುನಾಡು

ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಜಾತಿಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಿದ ಇಬ್ಬರು ನಾಯಕರು ಅಂದರೆ ಅವರು, 1. ದೇವರಾಜ ಅರಸ್ 2. ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ. ಇವರಿಂದ ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಾತಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ದಿಂದ ಹಾಳಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಿದೆ.

@XCorpIndia i have reported 3-4 tweets which r vulgar abusive filthy, hate mongering but u hadn't taken any action or removed those posts, that suggests u want such posts be there in d platform?

@XCorpIndia i kept on uodating on x handles which resort to abusive using vulgar filthy language, they are here to spoil this platform. Why dont u ban them?
