If their “current theology” is iconoclastic and seeks to destroy the indigenous tradition that they left, then the claim to indigeneity is empty. Claiming something so you can destroy it isn’t indigenous stewardship. Indigeneity in the subcontinent isn’t based solely on genetics, largely because so many Hindus and Buddhists stayed Hindu and Buddhist, unlike in the Americas, for instance, where almost everyone was converted to Christianity. Indigeneity in the subcontinent also references stewardship of the indigenous tradition. Moreover, even in the Americas, people would certainly raise an eyebrow at indigenous people who had converted to Christianity intentionally destroying their indigenous ancestors sacred spaces and artifacts. That just doesn’t happen, and certainly not with the systematic precision that it does in Pakistan (and Bangladesh). This kind of claim is a really weak argument that doesn’t hold up to any meaningful standards of scrutiny but makes for a tidy online “comeback.”

If a competitor's ad appears before yours, you have a case, and your competitor has a problem. This reshapes performance marketing in India. Keyword bidding on competitor names is standard practice across every category - beauty, fintech, edtech, D2C. The brands doing it most aggressively are also the ones most exposed to this ruling. Hindu nationalism has surpassed its peak. Whatever recent electoral victories it has achieved are largely due to the freebie gravy train, which is unsustainable as it is cannibalizing economy. What is unfortunate is that this was a generational fumble & a lost opportunity, with no substantial pro Hindu & pro economic growth structural changes. Whatever limited changes they managed to bring are easily reversible. The left is far more radical now & whenever they come to power, that day will mark the end of the future of UCs in this country.

The most dangerous pandemic of this century may not be a virus. Just screens, perfection pressure, loneliness, and emotional isolation dressed up as “modern comfort.” Earlier generations grew up with less money but more people. Today’s generation grows up with more gadgets but fewer human bonds. A single child becomes the family’s hope, retirement plan, emotional support system, and legacy all at once. And when that child breaks mentally, the whole house collapses quietly. Human beings were never designed to grow up emotionally alone. A society survives not only on economy and technology. It survives on cousins, siblings, chaos at dinner tables, shared responsibilities, and people who stay after the parents are gone. The real tragedy is not declining birth rates. It is declining human connection. We are slowly creating generations who know how to use every device… but do not know how to share grief, tolerate differences, protect relationships, or carry family together. A crowded house was never poverty. Sometimes, it was civilization itself.
