Universities have a responsibility to promote social mob/equality through education. UCAS should promote debate about how to combat the discrimination embodied in #alevels2020, at the very least issuing a statement saying they are reviewing a way forward. Have I missed this?

@TfL Why 182 bus from Wembley Park Stn said "diversion, please listen for further announcements" than NOTHING? Leading to half a busload of passengers being dumped approx a mile from Wembley High St - NO announcement that this street closed, although driver knew. LK66 DWW, 1pm.

@TfL I have a photo of the driver concerned if this would be useful. He seemed to think the passengers should have known that W High Rd was closed, although there was no announcement about this.

@EE FFS EE, your customer 'service' hits new lows. If one has no mobile network, only WiFi, offering a number to call or text is no blooming use! A WhatsApp number or even the dreaded live-chat would be useful. Why is none provided?

@TfL I often have to complain about rubbish bus drivers. Today l write to praise an intelligent and empathetic guy. Disabled older woman could not step into bus. Genius bus driver solved problem by pulling forward to where the kerb was higher. Brilliant all round, AF70!

@superdrug I'm a mystery shopper. Meaning I often criticise stores. Today I was impressed in your W1 (Bond St stn) shop. Fouzia had amazing patience and found me some paracetamol which actually were the advertised price, despite very confused stock on shelf. Excellent svce!

@BoschUK Pleased to say we have got it off now. The problem was, however, caused by a small amount of plastic flashing from the mould. When pressing the red button it caused the opposite end to ride up over its normal posn, so button didn't work.

@BoschUK GOP multitool 18V - 28. New (approx 2 months old) battery pack, ampshare, will not disconnect. Locking mechanism stuck, obviously faulty. What should we do please? Has been treated with great care throughout.

@MayorofLondon @TfL 7 of 7 Q2. If I had not been there, the train would have continued on to Baker St with the WU aboard. What was he supposed to do? There are no lifts at Baker St (appalling in itself).
