@amazon @AmazonHelp @amazonIN @AmazonNews_IN I had ordered AmazonBasics Mi band 4 straps, and just after 1 day of use, the band fell off from within the strap without me knowing. Clearly the strap was poorly designed. Take the product back and refund my money.
