My parents were supposed to travel to Colombo tomorrow for a tour. Due to the floods in Srilanka, I am asking the @IndiGo6E team to cancel the flights with full refund. Indigo has clearly denied saying that we don’t have an update and flights will be operational.

This is a true shit service provided by @IndiGo6E . What actions does @MoCA_GoI takes on this?

We asked them to mention on email that they wont provide refund even if it flood situation, they denied to send the email as well

I have been using @zaggleapp for over an year now. The services are really shit. An issue raised to their team stays open for weeks with no timeline to solve. Their team is so slow to respond and even don't know what exactly is the issue most of the time.

people in customer relations team of @flyspicejet are proper robots. They take 3 days to reply, that too a scripted response. I tried reaching out multiple times, waited for 3 days for response, and their responses were exactly same.
