$HUT Hut 8 warns a new 90-day moratorium on data center construction in Logan County, Illinois, could end its proposed $5 billion project because a utility agreement with Ameren would expire. $IREN Management is deliberately misleading retail. AGAIN 🚨 CEO @danroberts0101 posted: "Childress. Liquid cooling online." Reality? It's a glorified air-conditioning band-aid. Massive credit to @HotAisle for spotting the smoking gun in their own PR photo. Here’s the brutal technical reality: @jiahanjimliu 😅👇 Those bulky units bolted to the racks are Motivair ChilledDoors. This is NOT true liquid cooling. It is Rear Door Heat Exchanger (RDHx) technology. 1. The Silicon Is Still Choking on Air Inside the racks, the actual GPUs remain air-cooled. Server fans push 140°F+ exhaust air into the back of the Motivair door (basically a giant radiator). The door cools the room air, not the chip. 2. The Blackwell/NVL72 Math Air is a terrible thermal conductor. When you’re pushing 1,000W+ per GPU and 120–132kW per rack, even an RDHx catching the exhaust structurally fails at the silicon level. You cannot run exascale-class AI through air gaps. This is the ultimate proof of the $NBIS vertically integrated thesis🎯 Nebius isn’t bolting refrigerator doors onto a repurposed Bitcoin mine. As they scale toward their 5GW target, they’re engineering Direct-to-Chip (DtC) liquid cooling from the ground up. Cold plates sit directly on the silicon and pull heat out ~20x more efficiently than air. One is a legacy crypto facility using RDHx crutches. The other is a purpose-built AI factory. $NVDA $VRT $DELL #ai #Datacenters

Dude, this is embarrassing. This post proves you have 0 clue on either $IREN or $NBIS. Are you seriously claiming the $BE agreement with $NBIS is a type of colocation deal or is replacing Nebius’s existing deal with Data One? Are you seriously this clueless? $NBIS is paying Bloom Energy ON TOP of what they are paying to Data One (their colo provider). That’s where the criticism stems from. This will squeeze their margins as it relates to their $MSFT deal. Regarding “designing their own rack”. $NBIS bulls love to overstate this aspect of ‘vertical integration’. But in reality this is a low margin business for OEMs like $DELL. At this scale, $DELL is making ~5-7% margins on their racks at best. But the reality is, OEMs have a serious manufacturing advantage over $NBIS in terms of economies of scale, which lowers their cost basis. So in reality, $NBIS could *perhaps* capture 2-3% of that margin at best, and at worst it could actually be more expensive developing & building your own racks. Manufacturing specialisation exists for a reason. The companies with more scale, in this case the OEMs, will always be able to produce their product cheaper than your custom build. When $IREN investors talk about full vertical integration, we are referring to the data center facility itself and the land it sits on, not the indvidiual components that make up the data center. The advantage here is that $IREN has full control of the development process of its facilities, meaning they don’t have to pay rent (colocation lease) to any third party + got a much higher degree of flexibility.

$IREN Congratulations on figuring out Liquid Cooling 👏 Well, now we know where they are buying their liquid cooling equipment from - Motivair by Schneider Electric. So they are buying: Server racks from $DELL $SMCI Liquid cooling from Schneider Can someone explain how this is Vertically Integrated? And won’t hurt their margins. Compared to companies like $NBIS, which designs its own proprietary racks, servers, and cooling systems entirely in-house. People were quick to jump on the Nebius x Bloom partnership, even though it’s half the price of Traditional Colocation. The path to profitability is clearer for a company like Nebius. #ai #Datacenters

@aleabitoreddit There’s a reason they haven't secured a tier-1 tenant beyond the dogshit $MSFT deal—the market is pivoting toward Inference. As the heavy Training cycle cools, their remote infrastructure becomes stranded assets and $IREN is forced to pivot them to high-voltage campgrounds 💀

$IREN and $SLNH investors are probably the most braindead communities I've interacted with on X. I've never seen a community so bullish on a $219M MC stock that has a new $1,000,000,000 dilution. And an ongoing $500,000,000 ATM. Then you have $IREN, with $6,000,000,000 active ATM, sold over time into the open market. Maybe, it's a better idea to just go long on a stock without the toxic financing... So you can actually benefit from equity appreciation without just being liquidity? It's just so hard to explain to people the nuances in financial dilution who lack the brain cells. And it just so happens $SLNH gets mentioned positively by $BKKT, $IREN investors the moment after they file a $500M ATM since they need exit liquidity. The company is selling offloading shares directly to these idiots.

Model S & X changed automotive history forever by proving that an EV could be the best car possible – of any kind. By inspiring other automakers to believe in EVs, they pushed the industry from 50k cars total in 2011 to 21 million sold per year. Many automotive firsts: Model S – first EV to achieve a 400-mile range, first production car to do 0-60 in <2 seconds & first production sedan to run a 9.23 second quarter mile. It was also the first vehicle with a roof so strong that it broke NHTSA's testing machine. Model X – quickest production SUV & the first to not roll over in regulatory tests. Model S & X also initiated real-world AI! We never stopped refining either vehicle. Both have 40% fewer parts today & share only 3% of parts with their original version. 60 years of evolution (by conventional car development standards) squeezed into 14 years! 750,000 Model S & X built. Your support – from our earliest days to now – made Tesla into what it is today. Thank you to each of our owners ❤️

A data center campus is a multi-decade commitment to a community. We believe that commitment begins long before the foundation is poured. As we develop our one-gigawatt Beacon Point project in Nueces County, Texas, we intend to be a thoughtful and enduring presence in the Coastal Bend. This spring, we sponsored the Buc Days Build, a project organized in partnership with Habitat for Humanity Corpus Christi. Alongside fellow volunteers at the city's annual Buc Days festival, members of our team helped raise the frame of what will become home for the Ramon family — a single mother and her two daughters in Robstown. We are proud to support organizations and initiatives that strengthen the communities where we build. Our thanks to Habitat for Humanity Corpus Christi and Buc Days for allowing us to be part of this effort. We look forward to continuing to support the Coastal Bend community in meaningful and lasting ways.

I’ve seen a few posts floating around on this today, and I heard a pretty wild rumor: The reason the $NVDA agreement was not discussed in much detail on the $IREN call may be because there is a much bigger “part two” coming. $NVDA reports earnings tomorrow, and they obviously want a major catalyst. $IREN’s Sweetwater campus is one of the largest single-site data center campuses in the world. The rumor is that $NVDA could be the party helping secure a massive compute customer, potentially someone like Anthropic or SpaceX/xAI, for the entire campus. In that scenario, $NVDA signs the customer, owns the relationship, contract, and revenue stream, then works with $IREN to deliver the infrastructure and compute capacity behind it, with that revenue ultimately flowing through to $IREN. $NVDA needs a big announcement. $IREN has the power, land, and campus scale. Nothing here is confirmed. Pure rumor/speculation. But it is a very interesting setup.

$IREN there’s a widespread ‘negative’ sentiment vs the Queen, for apparent under performance relative to peers … I recommend to zoom out a year … and relax. No room for anxiety. She’s been named ‘the’ Queen, the One & Only Queen, for a long lasting reason.
