@TonixPharma .@premera I am desperate, please work with @TonixPharma to add Tonmya to your covered medication list. I cannot afford $950/month for one of the only meds that has been able to help with my pain. The active ingredient is one you already cover, it's just a different delivery.

Of course right after I find a medication that finally helps with my chronic pain I lose it. Been on it 2 months and it was $0, just got a notif that the next refill will be $950. @TonixPharma please lower the price of Tonmya. People cannot afford $950/month for pain relief.

In July @premera stopped covering the medication I had been on for 5 years, causing my condition to progress more in 6 months than it had in over 5 years :) My condition is worse, I have to put steroids into my eyeball every day, and have to be on more dangerous medication now.

Really frustrated with @premera right now, they sent me a letter requesting a medical necessity letter for my electrolysis, I sent them the medical necessity letter and they sent me another request for a medical necessity letter.

@premera thanks for nothing. after 4yrs stable on my arthritis med, you decide on a whim to stop coverage. oh sure it’s just pain & joint damage. no biggie, right? what’s another life ruined for profit? i’m fucked & your 4th quarter numbers look great. i wish you the pain i feel.

@cvspharmacy @premera The manufacturer even offers a discount card on their web site. Except that the pharmacy can only process that as secondary insurance, and that apparently depends on the primary insurance completing the claim first. So again I am back to prior auth purgatory.

The customer service at @premera may be the worst i have ever encountered. I have been trying since June to get a prescription refilled (not even a new one!) and I am stuck in prior auth hell. Everything they tell me is misleading, erroneous, or just a flat out lie. Do better!
