One thing Charlie always told me was not to waste my energy responding to lies. He’d say, “Let them talk. Stay focused, Betty.” I’ve held onto that advice ever since. Watching Erika carry that same mindset is a beautiful reminder of the bond they shared. Another thing I truly admired about Charlie was his loyalty. Charlie was a true friend. Even when he chose to step away from someone, he never felt the need to publicly disavow them because of their differences. I saw firsthand how some of the very people he gave a platform to betrayed him, yet he never sought revenge. He just kept moving forward. That kind of quiet strength, discipline, and loyalty is the kind of character I aspire to live by. Miss you, @charliekirk11
