@reneeavargas We are averaging 3 seconds or less so that is strange. If you open it a second time after going back to your home screen, is it also slow?

@priime It’s been slow for awhile. The initial loading screen is what’s showing. Takes about a minute to load

@priime how come the app takes forever and a day to open up for me? Do I have too many photos?

@ItsJeffHiggins Hmm, we haven’t seen this occur regularly. The app doesn’t have the ability to use resources to the point of reboot. It might be an iOS issue. Which iOS version are you on?

@priime I’m having issues where the app is throwing my phone into reboot or a constant load icon when saving an image. Any insights on that?
