@Primark I am disgusted with your manger in the broadgate coventry store UK. She caused me and my 91 year old grandad great discomfort. No eye contact very rudely spoke to me an didn't apologise. I left feeling very uneasy as I only wanted an exchange

Absolutely ridiculous @Primark! I bought a RE-USEABLE bag, for it to break on me upon leaving. I went back in to be told they cant exchange it for another one because it’s “re-useable”??? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I know it’s only £1, but it’s the principle!

@Primark shocked at the customer service I received from the manager in the Ealing branch refusing my refund on my all for one card. I am now stuck with my purchases. Unacceptable.
