@GreggsOfficial disappointed after a recent visit to one of your stores. Had one amazing visit where a member of staff who seemed to go above and beyond followed by another visit where staff were prioritising online orders with only one member of staff serving a huge queue.

@marksandspencer disappointed in my LED candle and refilled it set. Put a refill in and due to the position of the wick, my candle no longer lights up. Not what I was expecting.

@ArgosHelpers really disappointed. Bought a pram foot muff today got it home to find someone else had already returned it and used it. Having to reorder is not what I expected this evening.

@marksandspencer really disappointed had an order refunded after waiting for nearly a week to only look and see one item is available. Why wasn’t only part of my order refunded rather than the full thing?
