I’ve seen early offers turn into no offers

Almost every football coach just breathed a sigh of relief ☕️

This wk we saw a guy randomly call a good coach racist, some kids clown a player for getting a D2 offer This is not what football is about. It’s the only sport that all 11 have to work together as a unit. Unlike other sports, 🏈 u can only do your job. It takes all 11 TOGETHER

This is something many don’t grasp with recruiting and even eval within the NFL draft… you can be a good player but not a fit. You can be a good player and someone else has more of what that staff, scheme, likes. It’s not about being a good player, it’s about totality of fit

Low man doesn’t always win. Pad level itself isn’t as important as you think. Don’t need to keep a post foot or post into the LOS. Dropping your ass lower isn’t gaining leverage. Rolling hips & getting extension in the run game isn’t optimal. Hopping immediately against a bullrush isn’t always a good response.

As my last camp season comes to an end, I just want to say thank you. To every coach who took the time to teach me, challenge me, and believe in me—thank you. Every rep, every correction, every conversation helped shape me into a better player and a better man. The relationships I built this summer will stay with me long after the camps are over. To my trainers, thank you for pushing me when I wanted to quit and believing in me even when things got hard. Most of all, thank you to my dad. You sacrificed your time, your money, and your energy to make sure I never missed an opportunity. None of this would’ve been possible without you riding beside me every mile. I’ll never be able to repay everything you’ve done, but I’ll spend the rest of my life trying to make you proud. It’s bittersweet knowing I’ll never experience another camp season. The long drives, the early mornings, the competition, and the memories are something I’ll always cherish. Now it’s time for one last high school season. Time to finish what I started and trust God’s plan for what’s next. Thank you to everyone who believed in me. The work isn’t over—it’s just entering a new chapter. Too many people act like playing D-II or NAIA is a bad thing. If you LOVE your sport, and it's your best opportunity, GO. If you're good enough to play at a higher level, then work to transfer up and they'll be there. Chase fit, not logos. Agree or disagree? #BDPRecruiting

This summer, had the chance to get on a bunch of D1 college campus’ & work w/ their DB’s. More & more colleges are happy for their players to have good help during summer.. something I have noticed, the training so many are doing while in HS, the foundation of skill isn’t there.
