@JohnCornyn , you are supposed to represent Texans. So how come I can't get through on the phone to DC, Austin, or Dallas, and I can't leave a message. When I visited your office in Austin to make a public comment as one of your CONSTITUENTS, they turned me away?

I need a word for the grief around bureaucratic paperwork after someone you love dies.
