@bryanbrinkman Is it time to drop a new collection again, sir? Is 10k pfp enough for demand still?

@thehienaart Love this! Lacking the proper academics of the art form, I’m often just trying to figure out how few frames I can get away with to convey my intention. Glad I can now call this a feature, not a bug! lol

2d animation tip #1 : More frames ≠ better animation People think too much animating on 2s or 3s or 4s. Faster animation is not necessarily on 2s. The physical distance between two drawings dictates the speed together with framerate and the way you draw it. Most people use a dynamic spread where something is on 1s, 2s, 3s etc. More frames could be added to foreground elements while the bg is on 4s. Starts of explosions can be done on 2s while the rest is on 3s. The west is very obsessed with frame count for some reason which can also be a bad thing and give the soap opera effect and make production time longer with less dynamic result. Japanese anime and some french productions utilize only what is needed and the rest is focus on quality so they often utilize 4s and even longer holds. More frames ≠ better animation In the end it depends on the story you are depicting. If you have to show an arrow flying after the bow shoots it into the target, you can animate the arrow on 1s, you can show one frame of it on 2s, you can not show the arrow at all and just focus on where it hits on 3s. It is valid as long as you follow the goal of the story you are animating.

The grumpls were pulled at the port to be trucked to a location for a random inspection…at our own cost, lol. Too much cake. Some experimentation with some factory samples last weekend while we wait:

I have it on good authority that more guns = more funs In 'There Are Millions of Goblins' I've finally set up multiple hard-points on @nickydooodles2 beautifully crafted vehicles. This is a first test with a couple of gatling guns, and I anticipate this will get exponentially sillier as we add more weapons. I also now have projectiles working outside of the particle system; so some of these shells will ricochet, bounce and be effected by gravity. Unlocks lots of potential upgrades for bouncy bullets or homing rounds! I'm also really sorry about this video. #gamedev #indiedev #UE5

grumpls are currently on a barge making their way to our warehouse. In the meantime, I've been sorting out what i want to add to the "goblin edition" and "bagfacehed spechuls".... ...and i figured out that old socks make pretty good grumpl clothes. image real, animation is a bit of silliness with Kling ai. @goblintown

There's a game coming out called "There Are Millions of Goblins" that live simulates over 50,000 goblins, all at once! They all seem to have ragdolls as well, always love to see games that push physics to the limits, worth keeping an eye on this!
