The judge who granted bail to that rapist who again raped a 4 year old girl after coming out of jail and then murdered her should also be charged for encouraging rape and murder. These people can't just walk scott free after sending such monsters back in the society

New Zealand's immigration policy is deeply problematic even before Act and National agreed to import infinity Indians. It actively discriminates against Caucasians. Once again I'm going to retell the story of my friend Francesca, an Italian who moved to France to take a PhD in neuroscience from the University of Toulouse. Fluent in four languages (Italian, French, Spanish, English) she worked in NZ as a project manager in health technology on a two year visa. At the end of the two years her employer supported an application for a visa extension. Which was declined by Immigration NZ and because of that, her employer were forced to let her go. Francesca was 30 years old. No-one could believe it. Certain this must be some sort of bureaucratic mistake myself and others -including our constituency MP Nikki Kaye- intervened on Francesca's behalf. To no avail. Immigration NZ was absolutely insistent that a 30 year old multi-lingual European with a PhD, work experience in NZ and job offers did not have enough "points" to remain in the country. So she left. Until this happened* I believed "The Great Replacement" was a conspiracy theory or at best, overblown. Having now observed it up close I know it to be actual policy. (*) there was one other incident. A high-flyer recruitment agency scoured the world to find one suitable applicant for a very specific position. He is English. When asked about remuneration during the interview he said he was independently wealthy so it could be nominal. Immigration NZ rejected him for his age: 65. rnz.co.nz/news/political…

National has a history of denigrating New Zealanders. In 2016, John Key told the Guardian that Kiwis lack a strong work ethic, lack basic skills and have problems with drug addiction. Why do we keep voting for politicians who actively despise us? theguardian.com/world/2016/sep…

Rajwinder Singh, a married 41 year old Indian National, was found guilty of the murder of Toyah Cordingley at Wangetti Beach, north of Cairns, Australia. Singh, 41, stabbed Ms Cordingley repeatedly and cut her throat at the secluded beach, where she had gone to walk her dog. Singh fled to India the next day. He was finally arrested three weeks after a record $1 million reward was posted for information leading to his arrest. Singh claimed to have witnessed “masked killers” on the beach before fleeing the country in fear they would kill him too. He was found guilty and sentenced to 25 years to life. In sentencing, Justice Crowley branded Singh a "gutless coward" Diversity is our strength.

𝗧𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 Responding to Phil Twyford’s refusal on 1News to support an overstayer enforcement unit, ACT Leader David Seymour says: “Phil Twyford says we don’t need a dedicated overstayer enforcement unit because Immigration New Zealand already has a compliance and investigation team. “The problem is we still have 20,980 known overstayers in New Zealand. Maybe Labour thinks this is okay, but ACT thinks twenty thousand overstayers is evidence the current system isn’t working. “The current setup is generalist, covering everything from employer breaches and migrant exploitation, to fraud, trafficking, and visa breaches. Those are all important jobs, but when everyone is responsible for everything, nobody is properly accountable for one thing. “A dedicated unit would focus on enforcing the law fairly and practically. For example, it would work with platform employers like Uber and DoorDash to verify that people doing paid work in New Zealand actually have the legal right to work here.” Responding to Ricardo Menendez-March, Seymour says: “The Greens have breathlessly claimed ACT wants to bring ICE to New Zealand. This says more about their obsession with American politics than it says about ACT’s immigration policy. “This is New Zealand. We can enforce New Zealand law, in a New Zealand way, without importing every argument from cable news in the United States. “Elected Parliaments have made the rules, and now it’s time to enforce them. If Labour and the Greens don’t like the rules, they should be honest and campaign to change them.”

It really is a death spiral. 70,000 young Kiwis flee the country for jobs overseas either because there are none here or they don't pay enough. The government then replaces them by 150% creating economic conditions forcing more young Kiwis to leave.
Ryan Henderson 🇳🇿@RyanHendersonNZ

6/ Meanwhile, in the year to Sept 2025: 72,700 NZ citizens left the country; record numbers. 38% were aged 18-30. Young Kiwis heading to Australia for jobs. The FTA’s answer? Import 1,000 young Indians on working holiday visas.

Brampton went from 90% white to 20% white in just 20 years. It's a majority South Asian (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh) city now. As expected, there is trash everywhere, more car crashes, mortgage fraud, strained social services, etc... Soon all of Canada will be like this.

🚩 It starts. The NZ Police are going full Keir Starmer, intimidating people for opinions on ridiculous high Indian immigration. A kiwi lady who posted the below picture and caption was called into the Police station for a non threatening post highlighting the enforced demographic change in NZ. She says “I was called into the police station for a senior Sergeant to tell me my post was unkind and “racist”, unwelcoming to the Indian community” She stated that the Sergeant became frustrated when she held her ground, walking away from the interview twice when Renee Rosé refused to accept she had done anything wrong or bow down to Police intimidation. She added : “This is what happens when you live under a soft tyranny of the offended people’s . I won’t silence my views to accommodate your feelings” Remember that National will soon be introducing a 16 year old social media ban to keep kids safe. In reality it will be the adoption of the EU’s internet control to throttle back dissenting views. This is all heading to one destination. Listen to the phone call here:

Hmm. Last week Papatoetoe Police went full Luxon, went to a place of worship got into costume, got down on their knees to learn “the virtues of the Sikh religion” NZ Police have guidelines such as a duty to observe religious neutrality, and work within a secular framework. However despite this NZ Police do allow two carve outs especially for Sikhs. i) Sikhs do not have to wear a motorcycle helmet when riding at 50km/h or under (up to a $500 fine for anyone else) ii) Sikhs in NZ are allowed to carry a dagger / Sikh knife (kirpan) in public, for anyone else it can be an offence, a $2000 fine or 3 months jail. There has been multiple attacks by Sikhs in NZ with these ‘religious’ daggers. So much for one law for all. nzherald.co.nz/nz/man-slashed…

𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗭𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 ACT is announcing new policy to make immigration work for New Zealand. One that welcomes people, but only if they share values of tolerance, freedom and democracy, help build infrastructure, and play by the rules. “New Zealand is a settler society. From those who arrived in open boats 700 years ago, to those who arrived at Auckland Airport this morning, our country has been built by people willing to make a journey to try and build something better,” says ACT Leader David Seymour. “Immigration has enriched New Zealand. In less than 200 years, New Zealand has gone from a series of isolated villages, to a network of modern cities connected by road, rail, air, and sea, with electricity, the internet, and the three waters. “Each wave of settlement has also built the Kiwi character that is respected around the world. Kiwis are recognised in everything from business to sport to peacekeeping as resourceful and thoughtful, firm but fair people who keep their word and can fix anything. “Today, Kiwis who are proud of our settler heritage are asking themselves why something doesn’t quite feel right with immigration. ACT believes their suspicions are correct. “Successive governments have let a skilled-migration system become a general-purpose labour tap. They have failed to enforce the rules they set. They have allowed infrastructure to fall further behind. And they have asked too little of people who want to benefit from the Kiwi character without supporting it. “The rate of settlement has overwhelmed the ability to provide infrastructure. Dunedin took 180 years to build, but we add the population of Dunedin in a couple of years while we struggle to build a hospital in Dunedin itself. “We are told that the immigration system is a strict one focused on delivering the right skills to New Zealand. On paper we do have a strict system, but even those who want to believe that cannot see it. Too often they shake their heads and ask, if we have a system targeting skilled migrants, how did a guy who can’t even find an address on GPS get here? “We recognise there are different issues in urban centres compared to rural New Zealand, where populations are lower and it’s a lot harder to find people willing to get up first thing in the morning and do a hard day’s work on the farm. “ACT’s policy restores the basic bargain that New Zealand was built on. People are welcome here if they contribute, respect our democratic values, and help build the country.” ACT’s six-point plan is: 1. Deport serious offenders ACT will ensure Resident Visa holders convicted of offences carrying sentences of 10 years or more can be deported no matter how long they’ve been here. This goes further than the Government’s current proposal to extend liability to 20 years. 2. Skilled visas for skilled jobs Accredited Employer Work Visas are meant to fill crucial skills gaps, but too often the gaps close and the categories remain wide open. ACT will have each skill category automatically expire every year. To remain open, they would need to show up-to-date evidence of demand. 3. Opportunity, not dependency ACT will introduce a five-year welfare stand-down for all residence class visa holders. That means no jobseeker support, accommodation supplement, or income-tested benefits for a migrant’s first five years here. 4. A fair contribution for infrastructure ACT will introduce a $6 per day infrastructure surcharge on temporary work visas, on top of existing charges. This ensures migrants contribute to New Zealand’s infrastructure from day one, before they start paying tax. The fee is expected to raise around $80 million a year, while remaining more affordable than comparable visas in Australia and the United Kingdom. 5. Stronger English language requirements ACT will extend basic English language requirements to all AEWV types. Lower standards will still be permitted for seasonal workers. 6. Enforce the rules There are 20,980 known overstayers in New Zealand right now. ACT will establish a dedicated overstayer enforcement unit within Immigration New Zealand. Platform employers such as Uber and DoorDash will be required to verify and report work rights. Employers who facilitate overstaying will lose their accreditation. Mr Seymour says the policy is designed to rebuild confidence in immigration by restoring fairness and accountability. “People are rightly cynical about politicians promising to slash migration numbers. In 2017, Labour campaigned on reducing net migration by 30,000. NZ First campaigned on reducing net migration to 10,000. The rest is history. “The two parties formed a Government, and after two years of their Government net migration had risen to 80,000. If it wasn’t for COVID closing the borders, they would have held the record for migration under one Government. “We need an immigration system that recognises New Zealand’s heritage as a nation of settlers. We need new migrants to grow and develop, but that migration must work for New Zealand. “Success requires a common set of expectations; respect our freedoms, uphold our democratic values, contribute to infrastructure, speak English, obey the law, and fill genuine gaps in the economy.”
