@AmandaMAtwell The schedule absorbs about 30 min whether you left 20 min late or 160. Doesn't scale. 272k paired flights, same 30 every time.

@crober9_chris @united That's a ground delay program into Houston, thunderstorms. FAA holds planes on the ground at their origin and hands each one an EDCT slot, then keeps reassigning it as the program updates. So any time you get handed right now is provisional, it moves.

@RyanDivish @flySEA The bit you sat through is taxi in, wheels down to gate, and nobody records it in the US. Touchdown = arrived on a board, so SEA is showing 18 min early today across 509 flights and that number is blind to the whole thing. We have taxi in for Europe via Eurocontrol, nothing here.

Is Sea-Tac — @flysea — the worst airport for landing and then not being able to get to a gate? I haven’t had to deal with LAX or ORD as much. They were always bad.
It’s like trying to get gas at the Costco in Tacoma.

@mindyisser Roughly 2.1% cancel. We have 7,799 evening flights pushed past 70 min, 97.9% departed. That's departed at all though, not necessarily before midnight. And three pushes isn't worse than one, the push curve is flat.
